The Great Mantras of Transformation
Mantras of the Four Elemental Energies
These mantras honor the four elemental energies in life: The Eteral Being - Here - Now (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva) and the fruition of these qualities in the world: Krishna.
The Om Namo Narayanaya mantra voices the essence of Vishnu energy, Narayanaya, and helps you to be open to its essence more fully and to let it bring you peace, and contribute to world peace through self-peace. The Mangalam Vishnu mantra honors the Vishnu energy from a deep meditative state, to let you experience its essence in you. In the mantra it becomes more clear how powerful life is, continuously ongoing, pervasive, nurturing, endless and limitless.
The Om Purnam mantra honors Brahman as the essence of existence, of being here, which is wholesome and perfect, eternal Being and the Brahma mantra expresses that only he who recognizes Brahma (the energy of expansion and being) in everything will experience within himself the source of Brahma. The Brahma mantras offer a relaxing healing.
The Om Namo Bhagavate mantra praises the Essentiality that is present in all life and therefore also in you, as your soul. The Govinda Mantra praises the Essentiality of life, which bestows joy, sustenance, protection and closeness to all souls. Both mantras have a wholesome effect when in need of sustenance and security.
Sacred Sounds Mantras
The Cosmic Sound of Recitation (recitation is the reciting of meaningful lyrics through meditative singing) is a kind of singing that supports you to go past your personal sense interpretations to experience a more spatial awareness. Recitation singing is liberating for people with an excessive mental focus and it affirms your closeness with essence.
The Surya Prabhana Pranayama is a series of mantras and gestures that naturally, lovingly widens your breathing space and makes your spatial energetic awareness more sensitive. The Surya puja is a prayer to the reflections of the Inner Sun, the Soul, to become more sensitive to and deepen your intimacy with the Soul.
